Ahmed is a 21-year-old from northern Gaza. He lives with his family of 13, including children and elders, who are enduring famine conditions under siege. Prices for basic food like flour and rice have skyrocketed—flour costs around $50 USD per kilo and rice $20 USD per kilo. Families like Ahmed’s cannot survive without outside help.
Every day, they wake up hungry. The children cry from lack of food, and their bodies are becoming weaker. Gaza’s markets are nearly empty, and even when food is available, it is impossibly expensive. Ahmed has taken on the responsibility of caring for his whole family, but he cannot provide for them alone under these conditions.
This campaign is raising funds to provide Ahmed’s family with food essentials: flour, rice, lentils, oil, and vegetables. With enough support, we can also provide them with clean drinking water, hygiene supplies, and basic necessities to help them survive.
Your donation, no matter the size, goes directly to helping Ahmed feed his family and keep them alive during this famine. Together, we can bring some relief and dignity to them in the middle of such immense suffering.
